Valley View Condominium with pool in Sky Valley

Beautiful luxury 3 bedroom/3 bath condominium, located in the heart of Sky Valley Golf Resort.  Sleeps up to 6 people.  The condo has large bedrooms with all vaulted ceilings throughout.  Beautiful furnishings with wood flooring and a brand new kitchen.  There is a washer and dryer inside the unit.  Two outside viewing decks with luxury outdoor furniture.  King size bed in master, queen bed and twin beds in the other 2 bedrooms.  Fanastic televisions in all rooms.  Great for families and 3 couples can really enjoy the condo.

T.V. in every room, double widescreen t.v's in the living room.  Fully equipped kitchen with refridgerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave, and utensils.  Has king, queen, and twin beds to sleep up to 6 people.  All linens provided.  Wi-Fi network and free long distance available. 

The Golf Resort is one of the finest courses open to the ublic in the reigon.  Reasonable fees.  A beautiful pool area that opens in the spring and closes in November.  Just minutes away from Dillard, GA, and Highlands, NC., where shopping and fine dining is available year around.  This soutern area boasts one og the most spectacular "leaf seasons" and summer is lovely with cool nights and moderate tempature in the daytime.

3 night minimum.  $150 a night for 4 people or less, $175 a night for 5-6 people.  Smoke free home.  We accept all major debit/credit cards.  Rental payment must be made 30 days prior to arrival.  Signed rental agreement required.  We require a $300 security damage deposit for nightly and weekly rentals, and a $500 security damage deposit for monthly rentals.
