Echo Lake Cabin in Swan Lake

This one bedroom cabin, built in the 1950's, is located in the
mountains on .75 acres of wooded land on echo lake, Montana (20
minutes east of Kalispell). Cabin sleeps 6(1 bedroom with queen bed
and
bunks, hydabed in livingroom) and has a separate camper that sleeps 3. There is 400 feet
of waterfront (south and west facing)and 60
feet of deck (south, west and north side of cabin). The cabin
consists of a toilet and sink. Shower, washer & dryer located in a separate building.

The cabin is located 7 minutes from a gas station, restaurant, video
rental, and playground, 10 minutes from Big Fork (hardware and
grocery store), 20 minutes from Kalispell and 45 minutes from
Whitefish.

Fridge, stove, washer, dryer, dishwasher, 6 man hot tub, wood
fireplace, firepit, volleyball court, horseshoe pit, children's
swing
set, boat launch, boat dock, dishes, barbecue,
(we ask that renters bring their own linens), television, VCR, coffee
maker, microwave, hot water. It also has an additional 100 feet of
cleared flat land for RV parking or tenting.

Has running water and septic (in summer only), and electricity year
round. This means no hot tub, dishwasher or shower capabilities in
winter. Has electrical heating in cabin year round.

You will be pleasantly surprised by the very deep, crystal clear
waters that are popular for early morning fishing and water sports
during the day including water skiing. There is also hiking in the vicinity.

In the winter, the lake is popular for fishing, snowmobiling and
skiing within 45 minutes.

Can be rented on a daily basis of $150 US/day during every month
except July and August. During July and August, it is available for
full weeks only for $1050 per week (7 nights).

No water from October to April.
