If you're coming to the beach to have fun and relax, then this is the place to start. This spacious home is located on the East side of Eastern Lake, in a quiet residential area of Seagrove Beach (Eastern Lake Estates) and just 3.5 miles East Seaside. Because we're on the beach side of 30A, it's a short & flat walk to the beach and no busy road to cross. Unlike many areas in Seagrove, our beach access has just 2 steps down to the sand. With plenty of room for up to 10, our 4 bedroom, 3 bath home is decorated with bright, colorful furnishings in a tropical "beachy" theme. The very large pool with jacuzzi hot tub/spa is your own private oasis that is NOT shared with any other property and will provide hours of fun for young and old. Forget those small prefab "drop-in" pools that are frequently found in vacation homes. You can actually swim laps in our large 16' x 32' custom pool (heated Nov 1st - May 1st) and we do not charge an addfitional fee to heat the pool. If you don't want to swim, simply soak up the sun on one of the six padded lounge chairs or prepare a meal on the poolside charcoal grill and enjoy it at the picnic table that seats 8.

PLEASE NOTE: Since most travelers have at least one cell phone, we do not provide a land line telephone at this property. If you do not bring your own cell phone, you will not have access to phone service during your stay at this property.

On the main level is the Living Room with 60" LCD HDTV with Blu-ray DVD player & surround sound; Dining Room, which seats 8 at the table and 4 at the breakfast bar; Fully equipped Kitchen with granite counter tops; the Master Bedroom with a king bed, ceiling fan, 32" color TV, DVD, alarm clock, CD player; Master Bath with double vanity, Jacuzzi tub and large separate shower.
Also located on the main level is a full bathroom, a second bedroom with 2 twin beds (27" color TV, DVD, alarm clock and ceiling fan), and a third bedroom with a queen bed (20" color TV, DVD/VCR, alarm clock and ceiling fan).
On the lower level is the family room with ceiling fan, 60" Plasma TV, DVD, VCR, stereo, game table, & queen sleeper sofa. Also on the lower level is a fourth bedroom with queen bed, 20" color TV, & alarm clock; a full bath and laundry room with full size high efficiency washer & dryer.

When it's time to head to the beach, we've provided beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, floats, toys, coolers and wheeled carts to transport it all. We've even supplied a Pac 'N Play for those families with a baby or toddler. Need to unwind after a long day at the beach? Step into our heated hot tub/spa (comfortably seats 6) and gaze at the stars while the jacuzzi jets sooth your sore muscles.
Fix yourself a frozen drink and lounge on the oversized deck that overlooks the pool while you prepare dinner on the outside charcoal grill (maybe that fish you caught earlier in the day). If your favorite team is on TV, you'll be able to watch them in High Defination on the 60" color TV with surround sound, high defination cable with extended sports channels.

The kids can entertain themselves in the family room by watching a movie on the 60" Plasma TV (over 50 movies provided, all rated G), play cards or a board game (monopoly, life, chutes & ladders etc provided) on the game table or get lost in one of the many books provided.

The beach, the beach, the beach...sugar white sand and crystal clear water. Spend the day swimming, looking for shells, fishing, reading a good book or simply sit back and watch the waves roll in while you relax in the sun. Hop on the 26 mile bike path and explore all that The Beaches of South Walton has to offer. Our home is located just 3.5 miles east of Seaside, where you'll find quaint shopping, art galleries, one of a kind local boutiques and excellent restaurants from deli to fine dining.  Pier Park, the new 900,000 square foot mega family entertainment complex is a short 15 minute drive. There you'll find a beautifully landscaped outdoor shopping mall with festive, colorful Caribbean architecture, containing national chain retailers along with unique locally owned boutiques and specialty stores. Located in this lifestyle complex is the best beach food and music at Jimmy Buffetts Margaritaville, Raggae music and Island cousine at Raggae J's Island Grill,  live country music all day at Tootsies Orchid Lounge, trivia, food and non-stop sports at Buffalo Wild Wings and much more and many other well-known restaurants and smaller eateries. The kids and "kids-at-heart" will love the Miracle Strip Amusement Park located adjacent to the16-screen movie theater (including one IMAX screen). Pier Park is the perfect destination for families, couples, kids...everyone!

Ready to play some golf? Just a 5 minute drive is Camp Creek Golf Course, designed by Tom Fazio. Known for building courses that appeal to all levels, Tom Fazio is acclaimed for consulting with nature to bring out the best attributes of a site. Nowhere is that more evident that at Camp Creek, where he has shaped a pure golf experience accentuated by a signficant wetland system.
Santa Rosa Golf Club is a short 10 minute drive to the West. The Tom Jackson designed course winds through pure white sands, pristine ponds and lush vegitation with two Gulf view holes. All 18 holes boast newly renovated Tiff-Eagle greens.

Serious shopping can be accomplished at Silver Sands Outlet Mall (a short 40 minute drive). Located in Destin and with over 100 designer names, Silver Sands is a shoppers paradise!

Just steps outside the door you can fish right off the beach and cook your catch for dinner (red fish, blue fish, spanish mackerel, flonder, etc). Deep Sea Fishing trips, where you can catch grouper, snappers, mahi mahi, cobia etc. are available from both Destin, known as "The World's Luckiest Fishing Village", and Panama City.
