Scarbrough Beach. Five minutes from dining, shopping, Historic Coast  
Guard House and Block Island ferry. NewPort and Jamestown are a  
short drive away. Walk to children's park with tennis courts, jungle  
gym and basketball court.  Excellent Location!! 
 
House has four bedrooms upstairs and two new bedrooms on first floor.  
Full Bathroom on each floor. Newly remodled kitchen with new  
appliances (electric stove, dishwasher and microwave). Washer and  
dryer included.  
 
Living room with view of deck and private garden. Bonus room has  
pool table,and board games. Large deck features stainless steel gas  
grill and dining table overlooking private backyard.  
 
Cute outdoor shower(new) to rinse the beach off of you!
