This urban-style, newly-renovated unit is in the heart of downtown San Francisco where history abounds! You will be captivated by the classic details in your unit such as antique mirrors and fixtures, marble tile and traditional fabric patterns, with updated colors and clean lines that add a modern twist. An urban setting doesn't mean a lack of amenities!

You will be within walking distance of the delightful shops and restaurants at Union Square and only two blocks from the city's world-famous cable car system with a short ride the beach! Be sure to schedule time to visit Alcatraz, the Golden Gate Bridge and many other world-famous attractions.

Please note that optional valet service is available for a fee since there is no onsite parking. Vehicles with a handicap plaque are subjected to regular valet fees.

Procedures:  I do require three night minimum to make a reservation. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking the reservation, if more than 45 days out. The remaining balance will be due 45 days prior to arrival. If you make a reservation less than 45 days prior to check in then I do require full payment at the time of confirming the reservation. I also require a completed rental agreement on file with all reservations. I cannot hold any reservations without a deposit, unless arrangements are made with owner. I do accept Visa, Master Card and Discover to make a reservation and I will mail you a receipt to sign and return to me. 

Cancellation Policy:  Currently at this time all reservations are final and no refunds will be issued. We do offer Travel Insurance if you would like to protect your vacation for unexpected emergencies. Please ask for information on CSA Travel Insurance. Should any resort amenities be unavailable or closed due to weather during renters vacation, Goodbuy Timeshare will not be held responsible or offer any refunds or adjustments.

Rates will vary depending on season, weekend/holidays, number of nights requested and time of booking. I do strongly suggest that you make your reservation while the availability is there!
