This is a cozy waterfront home that has recently been completely renovated with 2 bedrooms and 1 bath and a laundry room. This is an open floorplan home that has room to sleep 6. It sits on the Tarpon Bayou which leads directly into the Gulf of Mexico. There are several Championship Golf Courses in very close proximity to the home. The Pinellas Trail is less than a mile away which runs 34 paved miles for walking, jogging, bicycling/roller blading etc. that you can use with no fees. There are 2 beaches that are within 2 miles. The sponge docks are less than a mile away along with sightseeing tours, night life, cultural classes and workshops, Championship Golf courses, St. Michael's shrine, Safford House Museum, Historic Antique district and much more. Stroll through the Greek village and visit over 100 unique shops. All of the theme parks from Tampa to Orlando are within reach. This is much more than just a Florida vacation. Some of the best fishing we have experienced has been right off the sea wall in the back yard. Anything from Reds, Amber Jack, Red Bellied Snapper, all from the comfort of the property. Catch your bait in the back yard and cast away from the sea wall or dock. You can't go wrong with our outstanding vacation home.
