and a rare find in South Mission Beach on a very quiet court.

Great location at 814-816 Capistrano Place in beautiful South 
Mission Beach on the sunny side of the court. This unique single 
family home is very family friendly.

3 spacious bedrooms and 1 full bathroom,a 1/4 bathroom and full 
kitchen including dishwasher.
   *816 **  UPSTAIRS
1 bedroom, 1 full bathroom and full kitchen including dishwasher. 

The house is only 3 houses from the bay (40yards) and 8 houses to 
the beach (100 yards). Large Patio with furniture and BBQ for 
relaxing and enjoying the San Diego weather. 

Outdoor Hot/Cold Shower.

Garage parking available which will fit a large vehicle.(tahoe) and 
1 small space.

Policies:
. Payment Options: Personal/Business Check, Cashiers Check, Money 
  Order.
. Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday during PEAK Season
        (mid-JUNE thru 1st week in September;)
        Rest of the year a three night minimum.
. Check-in  after 2:00pm.         Check-out  by 10:00am.
. A 10.5% city room tax will be applied to the rental rates.
. Security deposit of $500 is refundable shortly after departure if 
  key is returned and premises left in acceptable condition.
. Information such as obtaining keys and whom to call for assistance 
  will be sent after receipt of final payment.
. Rates include maid service on departure

Activities and Attractions

Mission Beach is the ideal recreation area. Surrounded by Mission 
bay Park on one side and the beautiful Pacific Ocean on the other, 
both with incredible white sand beaches. There is paved boardwalk 
that winds around the whole area, perfect for walking, biking, 
jogging, rollerblading etc. Sea World and the Zoo are only minutes 
away. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, Belmont Park with it's 
famous roller coaster and other rides are a few blocks away. There 
are childrens playgrounds at both ends of the bay for everyones 
enjoyment.    Enjoy the nightly seaworld fireworks on the bay.

** RATES INCLUDE MAID SERVICE ON DEPARTURE **
