Telephone/intercom in each bedroom. Tennis and swimming pool
immediately adjacent. Fully equipped state-of-the-art kitchen.
Fully stock linen and laundry facilities. Elevator and wide doors
throughout for handicap access. 2 car enclosed garage. Central
air/heat and fire place.
No Pets. Smoking permitted outside.

Great Room: Dining table, sofa,chairs, fireplace, piano, game table,
large screen TV (VCR-DVD) with surround sound
Master Bedroom Suite: King bed (Sleep Number), sitting area with TV
(TV-DVD), opens to a deck on the ocean side (with retractable awning). Large picture window with window seat.
Master bath has large shower stall, enclosed for steam. Tub with
jacuzzi and picture window to the ocean. Built-in stero with
speakers in bedroom and bath. (2nd level)
Guest room 1: Queen bed (Sleep Number) with adjacent bath. (1st
level)
Guest room 2: Two twin beds open to deck on the ocean side.

Huge Deck-Ocean side: Walkway direct to beach. Deck chairs, picnic
table with large umbrella, 3-person swing, outside stero speakers,
outside enclosed shower with hot and cold water and a hammock for
two.
Laundry room: Washer, dryer, laundry tub and folding table. Also
contains refrigerator with ice maker.
Other amenities: Hair dryers mounted in all bathrooms; Game
closet,puzzles and some classic DVD's and VCR's; Exercise equipment
available in Game Room (w/ping pong table)on first level; Library
with extensive and eclectic book collection.
Local newspaper delivered to mail box every morning; House equipped for
wireless internet; unlimited long distance within the US.

Summer Months, the rate is $4700.00 per week. Other selected
weeks, the rate is reduced to $3000.00. Rates do not include State
or local taxes (appx 10%).
Minimum weekly rentals from Sunday to Sunday.
Everything is furnished from linens to paper products.
