All new furniture as of September 2012, renovated bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, breakfast nook, living room with bay windows, open den with sleeper sofa, wood plank patio with new, comfortable outdoor furniture. Each bedroom has private full bath - master bathroom has jacuzzi tub, shower, and walk-in closets. You could get lost in this spacious 2,200 sf home. Lovely willow trees and mature landscaping. Garage, driveway parking and parking pass for street parking. 2 blocks from the beach (Delaware's noted "quiet" beaches), and 6 blocks from downtown Bethany Beach's restaurants, shopping and boardwalk.

Need more room? There is an owner's "Cottage" on the lot with 1 bedroom and 1 full bath, kitchen and den. Will not be rented individually from the main home. Call for availability and rates.

Bethany Beach is conveniently located between the tax-free shopping and restaurants in Rehobeth Beach, Delaware and the excitement of Ocean City, Maryland. Walk or enjoy your ride on one of the 2 bikes we provide for our guests' use. Also, we provide a Rolleez cart for our guests - great for loading up the chairs, cooler, etc and rolling right onto the beach!

But the chef in you will enjoy our fully equipped kitchen and dining area. As expected, mini-golf and other activities are closeby for the kids.
