Professionally decorated 2 plus den pool home with salt water pool and hot tub. Our home is equipped with all the amenities for your perfect vacation. We are 5 minutes to the most beautiful beaches in Naples. Our home comes with use of the Pelican Isle Yacht Club which gives you access to the beach by a boat shuttle just across the street from our gated community.
The home features a wide open living space with upgraded kitchen
appliances and crown molding detail. Seamless indoor and
outdoor dining, a large living room with plasma TV, The master bedroom is richly
furnished with hotel linens, featuring a king size bed and separate TV. There is a queen bed in the 2nd bedroom with a third TV and a Twin sleeper sofa bed in the den. Fully equipped kitchen with outdoor BBQ, for all your needs to include bikes, beach chairs, tennis rackets, fishing pools etc.

Our home is equiped with every amenity for a wonderful vacation! Our home comes with use of Pelican Isles Yacht Club which has its own private shuttle to the beach. It includes use of tennis courts, work out facility, pool and hot tub, kayaks and great dining.
At our home we have hotel amenities: Luxury hotel linens, towels and bath amenities.
We have trek bikes, fishing pools, beach chairs, tennis rackets, surf boards etc for the perfect beach holiday.
Our home has 2 bedroom, 2 baths It does have a den for watching TV or reading that does have a sleeper sofa. Our pool and spa area features the new salt water pool, no chlorine, and is the perfect tropical area to relax.
