An electronic gate encloses the home from the driveway on. The house is also equipped with a state-of-the-art security system and has electronic locks installed on the exterior doors so there is no need to worry about house keys!

The backyard is fully grassed and hosts a state of the art Pebble Tec pool, a covered, outdoor ramada with BBQ, TV, covered fireplace and seating area, in-ground gas fire pit with surround seating, several lounge chairs and other lush seating areas. You can see the majestic Arizona sunsets, unobstructed every night for any place in the backyard. The garage is fully stocked with pool accessories including children's life jackets and flotation devices, pool rafts and toys. A pool bathroom is located near the back of the home accessible from inside the home and the back patio. This bathroom is home to pool towels, sunscreens and lotions and other toiletries. The home also includes 4 covered patios complete with comfortable patio furniture/daybeds, 2 of which have patio heaters and mister systems. A large, covered front porch adds additional desert views, seating and sunset viewing.

The house also features an in-home gym equipped with treadmill, free weights, TV, etc with a gorgeous view of the backyard and desert to make working out even more enjoyable. 

A laundry room featuring a state-of-the-art washer and dryer along with hundreds of toiletries and paper products and extra towels and sheets.
