This home is in Desert Hills 1 and located 1 block from a recreation center and 2 miles from all grocery/shopping/resturants/health/pharmacy/car/banking and postal services. Emergency services are minutes away. Located on a hillside, this quiet neighborhood offers beautiful mountain views from the patio and lots of privacy. This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom(shower in master and tub in the other) home . The Master BR has a King sized bed with 37 inch TV with DVD player ; the second BR has 2 twin beds. Kitchen has a breakfast bar and is fully stocked with appliances, utensils and dishware. This home is complete with washer and dryer and a stocked linen closet. The dinette offers great views of the surounding mountain ranges. The great room is furnished in southwestern style with recliners and a fold out couch, a 37 inch TV w/cable service and wifi internet and DVD player.
