The Living room has a large sliding glass doors to open
to a screened in porch w/ table 4 chairs, all looking out to the

and shell creations- Great variety of shells of all sizes -very
inexpensive.

"Off" season is May 1 TO Nov.30. Rates are $400.00 weekly
"In" season is Dec.1 TO Apr.30. Rates are $650.00 weekly.

There is a one time maid fee of $85.00

We will give a 15%  discount for extended rentals ( More than 2 weeks)

Check In Time: After 3:00PM - Check Out Time: Before 10:00AM

SECURITY DEPOSIT: $200 will be collected at the time of 1st
deposit. This security deposit will be refunded if no damage or
loss occurs.

Full payment is due no later than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival
date.

Florida Resort Tax is not included inn the above price.
Cancellations and Refunds:
For any cancellations which occur at least 60 days prior to your
scheduled arrival date, refund of monies paid less $200.

For cancellations that occur within 60 days of your scheduled
arrival date, for any reason whatsoever, deposits and rental payment
are refunded only to the extent that your week(s)/month(s) can be re-
rented.
