When my husband showed this house to me, wow, I was amazed - so I am sure you will be too!!! 
 
Our house is a luxury lakeside 5 bedroom villa with a larger than normal pool and spa.  The house is  
located in a gated community providing extra safety and peace of mind. It is close to the airport,  
shopping and Disney, Sea World etc attractions.   
 
A fully air conditioned home with high quality furnishings throughout. The Pool, Kitchen  
and TV Room overlook the fantastic lakeside and conservation views. Sitting down and having  
breakfast is just breathtaking, one of those moments in life you just can't miss!   
 
The  community has a clubhouse with large pool, spa, tennis courts, basketball court, play area,  
nature walks and a boat ramp with access to East Lake Tahoe.  
 
Should you need any help rest assured that friendly local assistance is available during your stay.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Front Room - Relax and sink into 3 seater and 2 seater sofas as you talk about your days events.  
 
Dinning Room - large 6 person formal dining table.  
 
TV Room - 3 seater and 2 seater sofa, armchair, large television, Cable TV, DVD Player, PS2. 
 
Dinette - 4 seat table allowing you to walk through the patio doors to the large sparkling swimming  
pool area  
 
Kitchin - Large Fridge with ice making and chilled water, Cooker with Oven and Hob, Built in  
Microwave, kitchen sink with waste disposal, Dishwasher, Pantry and island. Blender, Toaster, Coffee  
Making Machine and a large amount of kitchen utensils.     
 
Utility Room - Large Washing Machine and Seperate Tumble Dryer. Iron and Ironing Board. 
 
Five Bedrooms, 3 large double and 2 twin,  the large Master Bedroom has a large en Suite, walk in  
wadrobe, large shower bath and double (his/her) wash basins.  
 
Three Bathrooms/Toilet/Shower.  
 
Large Swimming Pool with Spa - as you walk out in the morning watch the spectacular sunrise to your  
left reflecting on the lake as you have breakfast. Later sit back and relax on the sun beds or  
chairs by the pool and take in the fantastic lake views. Listen to the waterfall and bubbling spa  
become one with them.  There is a removeable fence for you childs safety.

Double Garage and drive. 
 
Cot and high chair are also provided.
