Surfside Oceanfront Cottages in Vilano Beach

Ocean front cottages! No roads to cross, no traffic to fight, no fees to be paid to get on a public beach!You and the kids can just walk a few steps thru the sand dunes to the water! We are 1/2 mile from Vilano Town Center, 2 miles from Historic Downtown, and a world away from the ordinary.  Vilano Beach is a residential area with few hotels and crowds to contend with.  Just miles of uninterupted sand and surf.  Many people book with us every year.  They love Surfside's laid-back atmosphere and we think you will, too!

This spacious and charming cottage is located right on the beach and has some ocean views. Just step out the back door and follow the foot path through the dunes to the gorgeous wide open Atlantic Ocean! We are in a great location, less than 2 miles to historic downtown and all of the restaurants and attractions you could want or stay home and fish on the beach and watch the dolphins swim by.

Built in the 1940's our cottage has been remodeled over the years and has all of the modern comforts but still retains it's traditional Florida beach house feel. The 3 bedrooms are carpeted and there is a queen bed in the master, 2 twins in the second bedroom and bunk beds in the third and each of the 2 bathrooms have shower/tubs. The open floor plan has tile floors and the kitchen is complete with refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and all cooking and serving utensils. Basically everything you need for a great family vacation!

The décor is cheerful, casual and comfortable and the cottage is spotlessly clean! All bed and bath linens are included and beach towels, chairs and an umbrella are provided. The living room has a sofa and loveseat, a recliner and some occasional chairs. There is a TV, DVD player, radio, and we have wireless internet and a phone for local calls.

The patio faces east and is sunny in the morning and shady and cool in the afternoons with breezes coming from the sea…perfect for the coctail hour! There is a table and chairs with an umbrella and a charcoal grill for cooking your fresh catch! We also have an outdoor shower and a coin laundry on the premises.

Our cottage is one of the best vacation values on the beach and remember, we welcome your four-legged friends, too!

Activities include (but are certainly not limited to!) swimming, relaxing, sunning, beach, pier or deep sea fishing, boating, biking, kayaking, bird watching, sailing,parasailing, board surfing, body surfing, scuba diving, tennis, golf, horseback riding, shelling, hiking at the nature preserves, climbing to the top of the lighthouse, antiquing, shopping at the outlet malls or the cool shops in historic downtown. sunsets on the intercoastal, horse-drawn carraige rides...Gazillions of things to do!!!

Rates are for 6 persons maximum occupancy,
Daily rentals considered with 3 day min.
Some pets are welcome at an additional charge.
No smoking indoors.
Check-in time: 3 PM. Check-out time 11 AM

Cleaning fee is $75

50% of the total rental rate will hold your reservation.  Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover cards are welcome.  Personal check accepted if received at least 2 weeks before scheduled arrival.  The balance of funds is due at check-in by either cash or credit card. 

Cancellations of 30 days or more - full refund.
Cancellations of 30 days or less - full refund except for $100 cancellation fee. 
Cancellations of 15 days or less - all funds forfeited for taking unit off market
