This house is a 8 year old duplex unit that has four bedrooms and a brand new sleeper sofa (sleeps 10).  The master bedroom is located on the second floor and the remaining three bedrooms are located on the first floor.  Two of the bedrooms have queen size beds and the other two have sets of twin beds. There are three full bathrooms and an outdoor shower.  The kitchen is clean and efficient with extras including a gas-stove, wine cooler and choice of Keurig or Mr. Coffee maker.  There are hardwood floors on the second floor and carpeting throughout the bedrooms.
