Vacation Rental Description

half blocks to palm trees and white sandy beaches. There are all the  
amenities one could possibly want. The home is tastefully decorated  
with a mix of antiques and store boughts. Bathrooms contain French  
milled soaps,shampoo's,hair dryers,lotions and body scrubs. All you  
need are your jamies! The kitchen has been updated with granite  
countertops,new stainless appliances,cabinets,and plenty of  
condiments.(sugar,coffee,S&P,hot chocolate and tea's). 
   
There is new Travertine flooring throughout the home. On the second  
level a skylight opens up to a sundeck for sunbathing. The living  
room has a cozy fireplace and separate dining room. The den is  
located off the kitchen with a full bath,laundry room, and walk-in  
pantry. The master bedroom suite has his and her walk-in closets.The  
master bath has been totally updated with beautiful new tile.There is  
a new Flagstone patio with a fountain and new Stainless barbeque for  
you to enjoy a glass of wine. There is also a sand shower for you to  
rinse off, after a day at the beach. This home is truly an upscale  
rental,where you'll want to return year after year!!

chair,stroller,porta-crib,and toys. Books,board-games,cards,etc. are  
provided as well.

$400/per night. $2300-$2800/per week  
$150 cleaning deposit,non-refundable 
$1000.00 security deposit,refundable,if there are no damages to  
property 
$500.00 pet deposit,fully refundable if there are no damages.  
Monthly rates and Snowbird specials are available.
