Absolutely stunning beachview condo at Cayman Reef Resort in the heart of Seven Mile Beach. The condo has recently been renovated and remodeled to a 5 star luxury standard. Being an end unit less than 50 meters back from the beach, the condo is extremely bright and airy and has views from every window, the left had side of the condo has wonderful views of the courtyard and pool while the right hand side has great views of the beach. Within a minute of leaving the condo you step onto the most pristine white sandy beach perfect for swimming, snorkeling and watching the most amazing sunsets.
Cayman Reef Resort is located on one of the finest stretches of beach on Seven Mile and is in the heart of everything within easy walking access to all the shops, restaurants and amenities including the newly developed Camana Bay.
The complex has a large open courtyard with a private tennis court and basketball hoops. There is also a large private pool perfect for morning swims or for just lounging around with a book.

The condo itself is spread over two floors and has central AC with stainless steel ceiling fans in every room. Downstairs there is a large open plan living dining and kitchen which is perfect for entertaining or just relaxing. The kitchen comes fully equipped with beautiful granite counters and stainless steel appliances. There is also a bathroom on this floor with a large raindance shower and riverstones base.
The upper floor consists of the three bedrooms and a second bathroom. All bedrooms have high vaulted ceilings with two of the bedrooms having access to an outdoor patio with super beach views.
Other amenities include: 42" flatscreen TV, cable, DVD player, wireless internet, telephone, washer/dryer in condo, linen and towels, beach chair and umbrellas & daily maid service (at an additional cost).
