This townhome is only 7 miles from Disney World,There are many restaurants, shops and golf courses closeby.Walmart is 2 miles away.Conveniently located just 12 minutes from the Walt Disney World, 25 minutes from SeaWorld, 30 minutes from Universal Studios and 40 minutes from the Orlando International Airport.
This 1500 Sqft townhouse has 3 bedrooms (1 king bed,1 queen bed,2 twin beds, 1 queen sofa bed).2 full bathroom, Deluxe master bathroom with tub and separate shower.fully equipped kitchen,,Free WiFi Internet and Free long distance telephone call in USA and Canada.Two 32" TVs and Two 27 "TVs.Xbox360 game station.The home is also baby friendly. We provide a full size crib, high chair and a stroller for the baby.
We offer washer and dryer as well as linens and towels.Checking In is by key code, you can check in anytime after 4Pm.
Unfortunately the community itself has no pool or recreational facilities of it's own which is reflected in the low all year round rental prices.so if you can live without pool then this place is ideal for you and will save you hundreds dollars in rental costs.
