•  This elegant two-storey home has been furnished to a high standard
  of comfort. The Claddagh Home is situated within the exclusive
  Palmer Ranch estate in Sarasota, Florida. The Palmer Ranch is a
  master-planned community with over 10,000 acres encompassing fine
  residential neighborhoods, parks, restaurants, and natural areas.
  The home is conveniently located near to the elite islands of Siesta
  Key and Longboat Key. Sarasota Square Mall, the I-75 Interstate
  road, Sarasota Bradenton Airport,and Sarasota's downtown cultural,
  civic and business centres are also easily accessible.

• The Claddagh Home is a fully air-conditioned property which can
  accommodate 6 guests in style and comfort.
•  On the First Floor, there is a Living Room open plan with the Dining Room, a further Living Room (the Great Room), a Kitchen and Breakfast area, a powder room and toilet/washroom, a laundry/utility room, an entry foyer, and covered entry with screened porch.
• On the Second Floor, there is a Master Bedroom with a King-sized bed and large en-suite
  facilities. In addition, there are two further bedrooms (one with a
  Queen-sized bed, the other with twin beds) with shared en-suite
  facilities.
• A crib with bedding, highchair, baby monitors and stroller are available for our younger guests to avail of!
•  There is a luxurious heated pool (accessed from the
  Great Room through double patio doors) facing south to an
  uninterrupted view over a Florida Preserve.
• A BBQ is available for guests to use.
• The Claddagh home also offers hi-speed internet available for guest to use.
•  The integral three-car garage may be used to
  house guests' cars.
• All linens/ towels are provided.
• Beach chairs etc can be found in the garage and guests may avail of these for trips to the beach!

• There are many excellent golf courses within a 30-minute drive.
• Guests flying from Europe via Atlanta can catch connections to
  either Tampa (75 minute drive) or Sarasota/Bradenton Airport (15
  minute drive).
• The beautiful beaches on Siesta Key are a short drive away, and
  Longboat Key and St Armand's Circle are about a 25-minute drive.
  There is a number of large shopping malls close by,as well as a range of large stores.

• High season rates - Jan 2010- March 2010 - $4200.00 monthly*
• *January 2010 - $3600 plus tax at 11% ( Special Offer)
• Low season rates - April 2009-  June 2009 - $800.00 per week.
• Christmas/New Year- Dec 2009 - $850.00 Weekly
• A US tax of 11% will be charged on all rentals.
  Utilities charge at $145.00 per week / $500 per month( Highspeed broadband and pool heat included)
  Post rental cleaning fee $160 (free from July 09 - Sept 09)
  General conditions: $500 security bond (refundable if no damage
  reported)
