Ebb Tide Grnd Floor Convenience, Direct Oceanfront #106 in New Smyrna Beach

Our newly-remodeled 2 bedroom/2 bath direct oceanfront condo is
spacious (1750 sq.ft.) and very desirable because of its ground
floor location. We offer the best of both worlds, a beautiful view
of the ocean along with very easy access to all Ebb Tide's
amenities. We are only steps from the car-free beach, pool, spa,
fitness room, sauna, and gas grill (no elevator or stairs!). Our
oceanfront patio has access from the livingroom and master bedroom.
On one area of the patio off the living area is a round table that
seats 6. One can eat out there on most days because it is sheltered
from the northeast winds and is shady by 11 a.m. (although the sun
in the morning on winter days feels very nice!) On the adjacent
patio area off the master bedroom are lounge chairs and ottomans.
Both patio areas have beautiful views of the ocean and pool. The bedding will lull you to sleep in the beautiful new king sea-grass bed in the master bedroom. You will enjoy luxury linens, a comfortable papasan lounge chair and ottoman, cable large HDTV, DVD,  free high speed internet and printer, a large Jacuzzi tub, shower, double sink, and walk-in closet.
The second bedroom has twin beds and a day bed. One of the twin beds
has a pop-up trundle that converts it to a king-sized bed. There is
a cable TV/DVD combo and lots of colorful pillows for relaxing while reading
or watching TV. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combination with
separate sink area.
The living area is very comfortable with a beautiful direct ocean view, a large new sectional sofa, large leather ottoman, comfortable chair, an Amish-made rocker, 47-inch LCD TV with high-definition cable service and DVD player. The adjacent dining area has a new Thomasville table and chairs
that seats six or twelve with the leaves). Three leather bar stools
are placed along a counter overlooking the kitchen.
The kitchen is very well equipped for cooking and has an abundant supply of dishes, glassware, eating utensils, and all the necessary small appliances. The kitchen also has a separate eating area.
For your convenience we have a laundryroom with a new LG front-loading washer and dryer. We supply plenty of towels, beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and boogie boards. The unit is nonsmoking.

During your visit you may take full advantage of all the amenities
that Ebb Tide Condominium has to offer: a heated oceanfront pool,
an outdoor spa, exercise room with sauna, tennis court, gas grill
for cookouts, plenty of chairs, tables, and lounges for relaxing
around the pool, and a covered parking space. Ebb tide is private
with gated access to the grounds and the beach.

New Smyrna Beach is known for its relaxed, small-town atmosphere.
There are two very quaint shopping areas, historic Flagler Avenue
and Canal Street. The beach is wide with soft white sand, and the
weather is sunny and warm most of the year. It is one of the most
consistent surf spots in the U.S.(my son's contribution). The area
has many fine restaurants and seafood shops. There are several golf
courses very nearby. Canaveral National Seashore is within biking
distance of the condo. Beach bike rentals are just down the street.
The lighthouse at Ponce Inlet is a short drive away. An hour's
drive away are the Disney and Universal attractions, Sea World,
Kennedy Space Center (you can see lift offs from our porch), and the
Daytona International Speedway.
