From the moment you enter "Starfish Cottage" you will agree that it feels like a Coastal Retreat with it's Seaside Cottage decor. Our Villa has a great location just off The Tamiami Trail in Venice, FL. It's only a few minutes from Venice Island,Beaches, Shopping and a multitude of fine Resturants. The free-standing Villa is equiped with everything you will need to make your vacation relaxing and enjoyable. There is parking for two vehicles (one covered).
The Living room has new furnishings as well as a 46" 3D flat screen TV and 3D Blue Ray player. Basic Cable is included and you upgrade to an enhanced package for your stay. (additional)
The Kitchen has everything that you will need to enjoy the Florida lifestyle. There is a new microwave, and dishwasher. A private patio just off the kitchen has a gas grill and table for outdoor dining.
The Master Bedroom has a King Vanderbuilt Luxury Hotel pillow top mattress by Sealy, and a 32" flat screen TV. You can access the lanai from the slider in the bedroom as well as the living room.
The guest bedroom has a new Queen Luxury Hotel Black Label pillow-top by Sealy.
A Washer & Dryer is available in the unit for your conveinence.

18-hole Bird Bay Executive Golf course features 2,423 yards of Golf from the longest tees for a Par 56. Designed by Ron Garl. Two pools (one heated), 5 Tennis courts, library, crafts and activities. The private pool for the Villas is located just steps from our unit.
We offer grocery stock up service incase you are arriving late and want ot have something waiting for you. (No charge, just the cost of the groceries).

Starfish Cottage is located within walking distance to many resturants, grocery stores, the Legacy Bike Trail and Venetian Waterway. It's just a short drive to Venice Island, & the Beaches, as well as Shopping. Bird Bay is only a few miles from all that Sarasota has to offer as well. Bike rentals are available with drop off and pick up service. We have a shed to store them if you want a long term rental. The Bird Bay Golf Course is very conveinent to the Villa.
