On the Neuse River where the Neuse River meets the Pamlico Sound
(Some call this the Inner Banks). The Pamlico Sound is the Atlantic
Ocean inside the Outer Banks or the InterCoastal Waterway. Enjoy
dolphins and sailboats go by from your 2 decks and Adirondike
rocking chairs. Your own sandy beach, swimming pool, and 140 ft.
fishing pier, and a 2-person kayak. The adorable fully furnished
cottage has 3 bedrooms (one has trundal beds). a full laundry room,
2.5 baths, a fireplace with gas logs, a TV with cable and a DVD
player although you may never want to come inside as the prevailing
breezes and rocking chairs and fishing pier and sandy beach will
continue to whisper your name. The floor plan is called Reverse with
open kitchen, half bath and great room on second floor for
incredible views. The 3 bedrooms, 2 baths , and laundry room are on
the first floor. There is a second deck off the master bedroom
suite. This may be one of the best water views and beach access you

countertops and all appliances including refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, microwave and dishwasher. Swimming pool, fishing pier,
2 person kayak, SS gas grill, swing and rocking chairs. The dolphins
are free !! The Minesott Beach Country Club is just around the corner
for golfing (a fun course). Free Ferry rides all day to Aquarium at
Pine Knoll Shores, great shopping in Morehead City, Fort Macon and wonderful beaches at Atlantic Beach and NC oldest city, Beaufort, which the home of the world's most notorious pirate, BlackBeard! Ahoy, Mate..... Not to mention some of the greatest restaurants such as Beaufort Grocery which has been written up in Gourmet Magazine, Southern Living, and Coastal Living.

There is a 2 night minimum stay. There is a cleaning fee added along with NC tax. A Damage Deposit of one night's stay is charged but refunded within 30 days of your leaving if no damages have occurred. We do offer a 10% discount to return renters!
