This Waterfront Cottage is located on the Neuse River where the Neuse River meets the Pamlico Sound.  (Some call this the Inner Banks). The Pamlico Sound is the Atlantic Ocean inside the Outer Banks which is also known as the InterCoastal Waterway. Enjoy the dolphins and sailboats go by from either of the 2 decks and Adirondike rocking chairs. Your own sandy beach, swimming pool, and 140 ft. brand new state of the art fishing pier. The adorable fully furnished cottage has 3 bedrooms, laundry room, 2.5 baths, fireplace with gas logs, TV with cable and DVD, fully furnished kitchen with all modern appliances, DR and antique chess game table to play if you can't find anything else to do.  You may never want to come inside as the prevailing
breezes along with the rocking chairs will continue to whisper your name. The floor plan is called Reverse with open kitchen, half bath, great room and porch on the second floor for the most incredible views. The 3 bedrooms, 2 baths , and laundry room are on the first floor. There is a second porch off the master bedroom suite. This may be one of the best water views and beach access you will ever see or rent. Near Camps Sea Gull, Caroline and Don Lee. No internet... remember, you are on vacation.

Pine Hardwood Floors throughout except all bedrooms are carpeted.  Ceramic tile in baths. Fully equipped kitchen with mahogany countertops and all appliances including refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, microwave and dishwasher. Swimming pool, fishing pier, SS gas grill, swing and rocking chairs. The dolphins are free !!

Sailing, swimming, fishing, golfing, . Take a free Ferry ride (within 8" of cottage) to Morehead City (shopping, History Place, & Restaurants)  Atlantic Beach (Beach, Fort Macon, deep sea fishing charters & Restaurants),  Beaufort (water taxi to Cape Lookout, Maritime Museum, & Restaurants, & is the home of the world's most notorious pirate, BlackBeard!  Ahoy, Mate.....), Pine Knoll (NC Aquarium) and Emerald Isle.  This cottage is just a couple miles from Camp SeaGull and other famous camps.  Go to Beaufort and take a water taxi to Cape Lookout, pack a picnic lunch, and stay as long as you like.  The water taxi comes every half hour and will return you to Beaufort along the sights of Shakleford Banks where you can see the wild ponies run and frolic right along the ocean waves.The Minesott Beach Country Club has golfing (a fun course) and is within 10" of cottage.  Call the Rental Manager and she will give you all the Restaurant information you will ever need to know.... There is a book in the cottage with lots and lots of what to see and where to go also.

Our Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday

There is a 2 night minimum stay.  There is a cleaning fee ($125) added along with NC tax (6.75%).  A Damage Deposit of one night's stay is required.  We do offer a 10% discount to return renters!
