Marriot Grand Residence Club in South Lake Tahoe

Accommodations:  1400 square feet Condo, 2 Bedrooms + seperate living room + 3 Baths+ 2 decks (one large and one small) condo sleeps up to 8 people.

The Master bedroom has king bed, full bathroom with a triangle shaped jacuzzi tub and seperate shower, fireplace, big screen tv and dvd player and a small balcony with a table and 2 chairs.

The second bedroom has 2 queen beds, full bathroom, big screen tv & DVD player and access to a huge deck which is one of the biggest decks in the resort. It can sit 10 people on the deck in comfort. with mountain views

Fully equipment kitchen (plates, glasses, silverware and cookware) with a seperate dining area. the kitchen has granite counter tips, side by side refrigerator, range/oven & micowave & dishwasher.

Living room has a 3rd full bathroom with shower/tub. Extra sleeping is provided in this room with a pull out queen size sofa bed plus 2 day beds on either side of the fireplace, big screen tv and dvd player.

The huge deck is off the second bedroom. There is enough room out there to dine and entertain out there or read a book in the sun or  look at the mountains, people watch, check out the 4th July fireworks over the lake. It faces the Lake side of the resort not the pool area. There is patio furniture out there. to enjoy but  unfortunately Grand Residence does not allow gas BBQ's.

Some of the Marriot Grand Residence 4 star Resort amenities are a refreshing pool and hot tubs that can be used any time of year. Fitness club with sauna, steam room and beauty salon with relaxing spa treatments. Cozy outdoor fireplace near the pool area. Concierge and bell service, Laundry facilities for your convenience are located on the 2nd floor, access to the owners private lounge with a library, party room and pool table. Ski Valet service is provided. Access to a private beach within walking distance from the hotel. Free Valet parking for 2 cars which is normally $26 per day per car. A fun Kids club which is free but they charge for some organized activites. The kids club will also give you a parents night out for a $ fee. FREE WIFI

December 2013 rates New Years Eve week-  27 Dec to Jan 3 2014 $650 per night. 7 night minumun

Our rates do not include 12% occupancy tax.

Our rates do not include a $49 damage protection policy fee which gives you $1500 coverage.

Our rates do not include a cleaning fee of $111 paid by you to the Marriott upon your departure, but if  you book 4 days or more we will pay this cleaning fee for you as a thank you. 

Rates do include free undercover valet parking for 2 cars which is normally $26 per day per car.

Our condo sleeps 8 people comfortably, we do not want to exceed this number of people.
