Todd and Kim take pride in their home and want to make sure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. Olympic Dreams Chalet was built by local craftsmen w/ locally milled lumber. The home also has synthetic green siding.

Durable siding reduces demand for harvesting & extracting raw materials & reduces waste. Also has a solar water heater to supplement the electricity.

Why we like having a solar water heater - Besides saving you money, solar water heaters also provide big benefits to the planet by reducing greenhouse gas emissions, air pollution, and demand for fossil fuels. According to the U.S. Department of Energy, replacing an electric water heater with a solar water heater offsets the equivalent of 40% to 100% of a typical passenger car’s CO2 output.

traveler reviews for this wilmington house rental

Awesome house

Review submitted: July 15, 2014   Date of arrival: July 5, 2014

This home is the lap of luxury. Extremely nicely decorated and it is the best equipped home we have rented. My only wish would have been to have more drinking glasses. This home is located in a prime spot to go to Whiteface Mountain mountain biking, numerous hiking areas, great white water rafting and Lake Placid for bobsled and luge. Activities for all age animal sanctuary is down the road and some nights you can hear the wolves howling. The hot tub is a great way to unwind after busy days. A great home with something for everyone. The owners were great with suggestions and called the first day to check on everything. You can tell they care about their homes and try to make your vacation a memorial one.

Owners response: Dear Fort Wayne I will get mire drinking glasses. LOL thank you so much for the great review Todd & Kimmy
