Come and enjoy the country, just a short ride from NYC and on the Trailways Bus Route! This wonderful Yellow Farmhouse has 5 BRS, 1.5 Baths and has beautiful natural light all day long. Country kitchen fully equiped, all you need is to bring food! HW floors throughout, spacious LR with French doors leading to the back deck. Enjoy the natural heat and smell of the woodstove in the LR. Hear the sounds of the Sawkill Creek from the private deck that offers views of lush green lawns and mature bushes/shrubs. Don't forget the Hot Tub!!! This property is bordered by a 125 acre Wild Forest Sanctuary, with trails all around.
The village of Woodstock is a short ride away by car or bring your bike and enjoy the wind against your face. Wonderful restaurants nearby; The Garden Cafe,The Bear Cafe, New World Home Cooking, Oriole 9 and much more.

Bedrooms: Luxary Bedding with 300 thread count 100% cotton. Fully equiped kitchen, washer & dryer. Sleeping: Come with other couple, bring the family or come alone. 4 of the bedrooms have bedding for 2 people, 1 twin bedroom and the sofa pulls out.
Kitchen: Coffeemaker, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster & large island. Lots of counter space to prep.
Dining Area: Dining table currently seats 6 with leaf extensions.
Deck: Table that seat 6, umbrella, 2 adirondack charis, 2 chaise lounges, BBQ.

vacation rental rates
We do have a two night minimum, $650 for 2 nights.
$2,500 by the week, $4,800 for the month.
Check in time is 3:00 PM, check out time is 12:00.
An additional $125 cleaning fee is also applied.
No cats allowed, dogs upon approval. There's an extra $50 fee for dogs.
Rates will vary depending on the time of year, for holiday rates please inquire.
