Sunset Cottages Unit 5C - NAVY AND RED COLORED NAUTICAL THEME. WOULD BE CONSIDERED PLUSH OR PLATINUM ON A RENTAL
PROGRAM. YOU WILL NOT FIND A CONDO DECORATED ANY NICER.
This 3rd floor 1056 square feet gulf side condo is set up like a
townhome. Spectacular gulf views from every room.
Two bedrooms with -one upstairs and one downstairs - each with
private balcony, a great gulf view and full bath - affords great
privacy for guests or families. There is a set of twin bunksbeds in
hallway adjacent to the downstairs bedroom. All bedrooms have queen
size beds, a TV/DVD/VCR. Plenty of nice linens provided.
High Speed Internet Access.
The living room has a 32" TV/VCR/DVD and a stereo that plays cd's.
The sleeper couch in the living room is also a queen sized bed.
Large capacity stacked washer and dryer in unit. Iron and ironing
board. Kitchen is fully stocked. Dishes, cookware, electric can
opener, blender, coffee maker and full size refrigerator. Two
telephones.
I go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. Extra paper
towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, laundry detergent are
provided. I even provide a few board games, books, movies and game
stick for the kids. I also provide 6 beach towels. The only thing
you need to bring is food and clothes.
Graco Pack and Play available upon request.
This is a small, quaint and private complex with a total of only 19
units. The pool is centered in the middle of the complex so every
unit has a view. Barbeque area next to the pool. 100 yards to the
beach on private boardwalk. No streets to cross.
If you are traveling with friends, I have two other units in the same complex that also sleep 8. "At the Beach"-Unit 4C and "Island Paradise"-Unit 3C.
Okaloosa Island is just six miles from Destin and is a quiet family-
type beach area. This condo truly feels like a home away from home.
Beach Service and cleaning fee included in rent.

3 night minimum, $200.00 refundable damage deposit.
