This Spanish Mediterranean condominium complex sits right in front of  
the intracostal waterway and is only minutes walk to world's finest  
Crescent Beach on Siesta Key. The complex has bright white stucco  
with traditional red tile roofs. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

This luxury condo is on the 1st floor.  The lanai exits directly onto 
the garden pool. It is tastefully appointed and decorated in Tommy 
Bahama style with ceiling fans in every living area.  The condo 
features plantation shutters in the living and sleeping areas. It is 
TOTALLY EQUIPPED! It is appointed with TVs, dual VCR's, dvd player.  
The kitchen is fully loaded right down to the wine glasses! 
 
The assigned private parking is right outside of the condo. 
 
You can walk directly to Cresent Beach from the condo.

Activities and Attractions

The complex offers swimming at either of it's two pools. (one is 
directly on the intracostal waterway)  Shuffleboard, tennis courts, 
and fishing are available.  The area offers casual to fine dining 
close by and various water sports are offered next door to the 
complex.  Many golf courses are in the local vicinity and shopping is 
always in full swing at famous "St. Armands Circle".

May - September    $1600.00 USD/Month
