Beautiful second floor 2 bedroom 2 bath condo overlooking the main channel on Lake Hamilton in a convenient / central part of town. You are about 15 feet from the water, awesome sunset views!
You are within walking distance to restaurants (Smyly's Crab Shack or Doe's Steak House) and boat rental / water toys (Salty Dog and Kahuna Bay)
We also recommend Hot Springs Marina, they are about a 5 minute drive but also cheaper rates.
Unbelievable view from balcony, most renters love the balcony area for coffee in the morning and a cocktail in the evening as they sit and enjoy the large lake view.
This condo is located in a great location, there is pool and tennis court on property.
It is also in a gated community.
