maintained and landscaped complex that offers a variety of amenities
including a large deep water boat slip for a nominal fee on one of the widest canals
in the Florida Keys and boat trailer parking. Enjoy relaxing
by the heated pool or play tennis. With owner approval, pets 20

table, covered parking, heated pool, dock, boat ramp and tennis
court.

There are many fun things to do in Marathon including: walking to
Cocoplum beach, swimming, bicycling, hiking, boating, fishing,
sailing, diving, snorkeling, water skiing, kayaking, motorcycle and
scooter rental, shopping, restaurants, fitness center, live theatre
& cinema. Other close-by attractions include: The Dolphin Research
Center, Looe Key Marine Sanctuary, Museum of Natural History, Crane
Point Hammock, Pennekamp Underwater Park, Pigeon Key, Sombrero Beach
and Key West - to name a few.

From $800 - $1200/week. Rates are based on 1 - 4 guests - $25.00

A deposit of $500 is required to secure a reservation.
*Extra rates may apply for mini-lobster season, 1st week of lobster
season, Holiday weeks, etc.
