Location location location!!!  This beautiful spanish home is close to all attractions and within walking distance to cafes, restaurants, and shops.  This home offers modern comfort and old world charm.  The house is tastefully decorated and has two bedrooms, two baths and a large backyard.  The house offers newly renovated kitchen and bathrooms, original hardwood floors throughout and beautifully lanscaped backyard with sitting and dining areas.  It is located steps from Paramount studio and Larchmont Village which offers shopping, cafes, restaurants, shops, banks, drug stores and more.  You're in a city but yet has a village feel to it.  It is one the best hidden areas in Los Angeles but yet near all attractions.  You will experience all that Los angeles can offer.

The house is fully furnished and equipped.  The master bedroom has a king size bed, 32" tv and in suite bathroom.  The second room has a queen size bed.  A queen size aerobed and crib (pack n play) can be provided upon request.  There is a 42" tv in the living room.  There is a formal dining room and a breakfast table and stools in the kitchen.  Washer and dryers are located off the kitchen.  The backyard offers seating & dining areas and stainless steel bbq.  You can park on the driveway.  Also there is always parking on the street.  It has central air and heat.  Basic Tv channels, dvd player, internet and wifi are provided.

14% LA City Transient Occupancy Tax will be applied to all stays under 30 days. (Rates do not include 14% LA City Transient Occupancy Tax).  The tax will be wavied if stay longer than 30 days.

We accept paypros (which is payment management service provided by vacationrentals.com for fast and secure payment - it accepts credit cards (2.5% fee), echeck (free)).  We also accept paypal (3% fee), bank transfer, or cashier's check.

This unit accommodates 6 people. Additional fee is applied after 4th person. $20.00 nightly charge for 5th and 6th guests each if over 2 years of age.  We don't except more than 5 guests on a monthly rental. 

There is a cleaning fee of $120 per stay.  If you stay longer than two weeks, the cleaning crew will clean the house every two weeks for a fee.
