Nestled in a picturesque canyon and surrounded by oak trees, eucalyptus trees, singing birds, and all the peace and quiet you could ask for, the newly renovated Oak Haven offers a true home away from home experience.

Located in Santa Barbara's Sycamore Canyon, you will enjoy the feeling of being removed from the bustle of the city but can also enjoy shopping and restaurants, with only a 9 minute drive to Montecito's upper and lower villages and the beautiful Butterfly Beach. If you rather peruse downtown Santa Barbara or the West Beach area, you only need to add another 3 minutes to your drive and you're there.

When it's time to unwind after a day of sightseeing, shopping, wine tasting, or relaxing on the beach, you and your family will appreciate the comfortable and warmfeeling that this haven provides. The home features two master suites, each with their own large bathroom and king size bed. One master suite is located on the upper level, while the second master suite and two guest rooms are located on the lower level of the home; providing a nice segregation for multi generational families. The two guest rooms each have a queen size bed and share a full bathroom.  All of the bedrooms and the family room have sliding glass doors that open up to a deck where you can bring the outdoors inside with you.

If you feel like watching a movie or gathering together for a board game, the nicely appointed family room is the perfect spot, withcomfortable couches and a large HD Television.  The kitchen has granite counter tops, new appliances and is stocked with everything you need to make a home cooked meal. Guests can also relax and enjoy the outdoor Jacuzzi that offers a beautiful glimpse in to nature. With complete privacy and a quiet setting, all you will hear is the chirping of the birds and wind in the trees.
