Come vacation in sunny Florida and stay in this 3 bed 2 1/2 bath , very spacious town home in a beautiful resort type community. The town home has a full size kitchen, completely furnished. The bedrooms has a king in the master, Queen in another one and full (double) in the other one, the townhome also has a sleeper sofa in the livingin room.There is a screened in lanai/porch area with a beautiful pond view. This town home is just minutes away from attractions and the international airport, & 1/4 mile from the FL turnpike to have easy access to many of the attractions. We are close enough to do the tourist attractions, but far enough away to come back and relax around the pool or take a walk.

There is a community clubhouse with a 24 hr. fitness room, pool table, game room, coffee, & internet access and 2 computers. Outside there is a large heated pool, hot tub, playground, grill & picnic table areas, and sand volleyball.

This town home is just minutes away from attractions and the international airport, & 1natural springs 1 hr away,many restaurants of all types, Wal-mart 4 miles away, grocery store 1 mile away, International airport 20 minutes away/4 mile from the FL turnpike to have easy access to many of the attractions. 1 hr. from the ocean beach,. We are close enough to do the tourist attractions, but far enough away to come back and relax around the pool or take a walk.
