Bear Hollow Village - Bear Hollow Village is a newer residential community located at the base of Utah Olympic Park, close to multiple ski resorts: The Canyons (two miles), Park City (five miles), and Deer Valley (seven miles). Only one mile to the Kimball Junction exit gives you easy access to Snowbird, Alta, Brighton, Solitude, Sundance, Powder Mountain, Snow basin and several cross-country areas, all within a 45-minute drive.

Our Luxurious Townhome features an open, tri-level floor plan that is ideal for family gathering and socializing. The fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops overlooks the spacious vaulted-ceiling family room with comfortable furnishings and a cozy fireplace. From anywhere in these rooms you have a great view of the large screen TV with satellite programming and DVD player. Off the kitchen is a large covered deck complete with 6-person hot tub, barbecue grill and fabulous views of Olympic Park Village. 

The upstairs hosts 4 complete bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a laundry room with washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.

Master Bedroom: King Bed, private deck with undisturbed views of Olympic Park, LCD TV, DVD player and master bath with whirlpool tub and ooh-so-wonderful steam room shower sure to bring you back to life after a long day of skiing or mountain biking.

Lower Level Rec Room: Furnished as a recreation room with a pool table, LCD TV, dartboard and mini refrigerator — a great getaway for the kids (and adults) to hang out, play a game of pool or just relax. 

Clubhouse - The new Bear Hollow clubhouse includes a well-maintained exercise room, plasma TV, fireplace, computer with high speed internet access, kitchen, locker-rooms, and a community pool with hot tub. The Clubhouse is a great place for the kids to spend some time by themselves.

Activities - Our community is surrounded by numerous inviting venues that include theaters, shopping, the Sundance Film Festival, as well as a host of fine dining. The free bus route, serving the ski areas and Park City, is near by. 
Park City’s Main Street offers nearly unlimited shopping and dining experiences. Redstone Plaza also offers a variety shopping, restaurants and a movie theater. Also close by is Tangers Outlet Mall where you can shop ‘til you drop.
There is no shortage of activities in when the snow falls. Winter activities include snow skiing, cross-country skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, dog sledding, and more. 
Warmer months are equally exciting. Visitors can then enjoy swimming, hiking, mountain biking, fishing, water skiing, rock climbing, ballooning or just relaxing in the dry sunny climate.
