Built in 2006, 1750 sq. ft., 3 bedroom 2 bath, and large dining area with large dinning table. Kitchen opens up to a large open floor plan that makes it feel warm and inviting. Cal king in master bedroom, queen and two twin beds in guest rooms. Fully stocked kitchen with all the little touches. Long flat drive way allow for parking of boat and vehicle off the street. Located in a quite neighborhood in the north part of the city 3 1/2 miles away from London Bridge, grocery store and launch ramps.
