Payment: 50% at time of booking, balance due 14 days before arrival.

Check In/out: Check in by 4 PM. Check out by 11 AM

Cleaning provided once per week when rented by the week or more for
additional charges.

Deposits will be refunded within 14 days after checkout.

Cancellation: refund less 20% before 40 days; less 50% between 39 &
31 days; no refund within 30 days.
