$200 Deposit to hold your reservation. Full refund if canceled prior to 30 days before arrival. None after. Rent due 7 days before arrival. On arrival your deposit becomes a Refundable Damage/Excess Cleaning Deposit that is refundable within 48 hours of your departure. No charges would be made without your knowledge.
