vacation rental rates
January thru April: $2700 (January & February are now booked, however, our one bedroom is now Available for March 1-15th.). We will accept a March 1-15th rental for $1500.00. Check out our site at, TucsonHolidays/Sunrise Springs 208.
April-December, $1200 for our 2 bedroom units and $1085 for our 1 Bedroom units. Mutliple Month Discounts Available. Including Utilities, 40" TV, Expanded Cable & High Speed Internet, covered parking, Pools & Spa.
A deposit of 10% or $500 whichever is greater, must be received within 7 days of the booking.
Visa & MC Credit Cards accepted. Cancellation fee: $50.00 + CC charges. Dog fee is $100 and is non-refundable. A check-out cleaning fee of $90 also applies.
Payment in full, is due 30 days prior to check-in.
The Sec Dep will be returned within 15 days of check-out, minus any
adjustments for damages, CC fees or electric costs over $75.00. Check-in time is 4:00 PM on the 1st & Check-out time is 11:00 AM on the last day of the month.
