The main living quarters of this splendid seaside decorated home are located on the second floor. The deck is expansive and well situated for entertaining. Open the double, wood glass pained doors and you’ll immediately feel like you’re in a tropical retreat. The open kitchen is fresh and clean with granite countertops, glass tile backsplash, full size refrigerator-freezer, oven, microwave and dishwasher. The kitchen opens to the dining room where you’ll find seating for 8 at the unique farmhouse style table. If you’re looking for a place to enjoy your morning coffee, just step out onto the breakfast deck off the kitchen. It’s a great little private retreat area to sit and relax, nestled among the tops of the trees.
The open concept continues into the comfortable living room with ample seating where you can unwind and watch your favorite shows on the flat screen TV or enjoy the internet. To the above rates add a departure cleaning fee of $165, 11% tax, a $40 nonrefundable booking fee and a $40 damage waiver fee. Rates include all utilities.
