Cozy, comfortable, affordable beach house is the ideal place for a family wanting to enjoy the beach or a secluded retreat for a couple on a romantic weekend! Two beach accesses are within easy walking distance. One beach access also gives access to Eastern Lake and the lake outlet to the beach. This is the perfect place for kids to build sand castles, play in the shallow, calm water, catch small fish and other sea life in hand nets, and skim board themselves to their heart's content.

Sunning on the cystal white beach, building sand castles, biking and walking the paved path the entire length of 30 A.  Parks and nature trails are an easy biking distance. 5 minutes to the community of Seaside with live music, plays, and festivals regularly.  30 minutes to Panama City for water parks, mini-golf, and night life.  30 minutes to Destin for shopping, golf, and the best deep sea fishing on the Panhandle.  Skim boarding, paddle boarding, kayaking, and just playing in the surf are great at the beach and the lake accessible from the neighborhood.

Weekly rates are $700 from January 1, 2013 to April 5, 2013 and from April 15, 2013 to May 24, 2013 and from September 9, 2013 until the end of 2013.  The Weekly Rate is $900 from May 25, 2013 through August 30, 2013, excluding Holiday Weeks.  The Holiday Weekly Rates are $1100 April 6 through April 14, May 25 through June 2, June 29 through July 7, and August 31 through September 8.  There is an additional cleaning fee of $100 paid directly to cleaning service at the end of each Weekly stay.

Nightly rates are $125 from Labor Day 2012 through April 5, 2013 and from April 15, 2013 through May 24, 2013 and from September 9, 2013 until the end of 2013.  The Nightly Rate is $150 from May 25, 2013 through August 30, 2013.  The Holiday Nightly Rates are $200 April 6 through April 14, May 25 through June 2, June 29 through July 7, and August 31 through September 8. Two night minimum normally required.  There is an additional cleaning fee of $80 paid directly to cleaning service at the end of each Nightly stay.

Monthly Rates are only available October through March. Monthly Rates are $1500 in October, January, and February.  Holiday Monthly Rates are $2500 in November, December, and March.  There is an additional cleaning fee of $200 paid directly to cleaning service at the end of each Monthly stay.
