Cozy, comfortable, fully-equipped, furnished home with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms; laundry room, central heat/air, and within a short walking distance to one of three beaches. There is also a community pool, tennis courts, golf course, local airport, equestrian center, and country club with indoor/outdoor dining and entertainment. NO PETS OR SMOKING. Linens are furnished.
