Comfortable, charming Island home with great location is the
perfect spot to enjoy and relax in the Shark’s Tooth Capital of the World.

You can walk to Venice Beach or even Sharkey’s on the Pier
to see spectacular sunsets.  Or to
downtown where there are gift shops, clothing shops, shoe shops, restaurants,
art galleries, and other specialty shops.

The warm, quiet ambiance of Venice surrounds you everywhere
from it’s many beautiful beaches to the quaint small town feeling.

Venice prides itself with many special activities thru out
the year while maintaining a quiet, peaceful , safe aura.

Locally there is the “Triangle House”, Oscar  Sherrer State Park and many bird sanctuaries.
The Venice Theater hosts great shows thru the year as does the Venice Community
Center.

While Venice has many beaches to attract you..Venice ,
Casperson and Nokomis, there are other areas within a short distance ..Siesta
Key, Fort Meyers and Naples with wonderful beaches too.

Also within a day’s drive you can visit the “Magic Kingdom”
or Kennedy Space Center  or the
Everglades. The Ford and Edison homes are in Fort Meyers and the John and Mabel
Ringling home and Museum is in Sarasota.

If you are here in the Spring, you can catch Baseball Spring
Training teams playing in many local cities. Or catch a golf game at one of the
beautiful nearby courses. Local canoeing,kayaking and biking are available. The
now famous  ”Legacy Trail” extends from
Venice all the way to Sarasota for hiking or biking.

The lovely house sleeps 4 with a queen in the Master
bedroom, and two twin beds in the second bedroom. There are two full bathrooms.
All bed linens and bath/beach towels are included.

The living/dining room is large, light and comfortable.
There is a TV with Fios service (like cable).

The kitchen is completely equipped with dishes, pots, pans,
flatware, and cooking utensils.

The home comes with central A/c, washer/dryer and free
WiFi   accessibility.

Recently painted and refreshed this is a pleasant home to
stay in.
