La Concha II is a newer condo built in 2004 and
located in the exclusive Playacar area of Playa Del Carmen, Q
Roo, Mexico. Playacar is a gated community with 24 hour security, located 
adjacent to Playa Del Carmen. The La Concha II condo, Casa de Iguanita is a third floor Penthouse with vaulted ceilings, ceiling fans, air
conditioning, and a private terrace which overlooks the pool and
courtyard. It is beautifully decorated, bright and comfortable.
Playa Del Carmen is centrally located in the very popular Riviera
Maya area-- A great base for all the ruins, ecoparks,
snorkeling/scuba, shopping and easy access to Cozumel Island via
ferry.

Just a few minutes walking from Casa De Iguanita and you are at
either the beach, the golf course, or downtown shopping and
restaurant area. If you prefer, taxis are readily available at the
end of the block and there are 3 new bicycles ready for your use.

Free access to the Reef Club Resort beach facilities is available to all guests and you can also book all your excursions with several companies. 

Casa de Iguanita is a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo that comfortably
sleeps 6 people and contains extensive closet space. The
master bedroom has a queen sized bed and private bath, the second bedroom has a double and single bunk bed set. There is also another double
mattress if needed.The kitchen is fully-equipped with stainless
steel appliances and everything from coffeemaker to blender for
margaritas. Convenience stores are nearby for grocery shopping.
There is a new shopping center, Centro Maya, across the main highway
with a variety of stores and a major grocery store.  There are several other large grocery stores, MEGA and Chadraui in Playa.

The living room has a very comfortable seating and relaxing area with a three-
piece livingroom set.  There is a kitchenette set for dining.  TV DVD VCR and Stereo equipment are there for your entertainment.  We provide some DVDs, CDs and board games. Satellite TV provides a great variety of channels.

Three new bicycles are provided for your use and make travel around
town and around Playacar even easier. There are also 3 sets of golf
clubs for anyone who would like to golf at the beautiful Playacar
Spa and Golf Club. Reduced rates can be obtained with the VIP card
and in the afternoon with the "Twilight" rate.
