Playa Del Carmen is centrally located in the very popular Riviera
Maya area--just 1 hour south of Cancun Airport.  It is a great base for all the Mayan ruins, beaches, ecoparks, snorkeling/scuba, shopping and easy access to Cozumel Island via
ferry.

Just a few minutes walking from Casa De Iguanita and you are at
either the beach, the golf course, or the downtown shopping and
restaurants on 5th Avenue. If you prefer, taxis are readily available at the
end of the block and there are bicycles available for your use.

Casa de Iguanita is a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo with ample closet space that comfortably sleeps up to 5 people . The master bedroom has a pillow top queen sized bed and private bath, the second bedroom has a double and single bunk bed set. There is also another double mattress if needed. The kitchen is fully-equipped for all your cooking needs with and everything from coffeemaker to microwave to blender for margaritas. Convenience stores are nearby for grocery shopping. There is a new shopping center, Centro Maya, across the main highway with a variety of stores and a major grocery store, Soriana.  There are several other large grocery stores, MEGA, Super Wal Mart and Chadraui in Playa del Carmen.

The living room has a very comfortable seating and relaxing area with a new three-piece livingroom set.  There is a kitchenette set for dining.  TV DVD VCR Stereo plus IPOD PLAYER  are there for your use and entertainment.  We provide some DVDs, CDs and board games. Satellite TV provides a great variety of channels for your viewing pleasure. FREE WIRELESS INTERNET IS NOW AVAILABLE!  A great bonus for this area!

Two bicycles are provided for your use and make travel around
town and around Playacar fun and easier. There are also 3 sets of golf
clubs for anyone who would like to golf at the beautiful Playacar
