• Weekly price is for up to 4 people PLUS 11% US sales tax (6% Florida sales tax + 5% tourist tax).
  Long-term rental for 4 weeks or more results in a discount.
  Christmas and Easter minimal rental time of 2 weeks and 10% seasonal charge
  Security deposit: $ 500
  Final cleaning of the house:
  The costs for this are $130.00 and are to be paid on site in cash. A periodic cleaning of the house is possible at any time at the tenant's expense. Please contact the property management on site. The gas grill should be left in the same condition as it was found. Cleaning, if required, costs $ 25.00
• The price includes the following additional services:
  Pool service, gardener, trash pickup, water, air conditioning, towels (for bath and beach), bed sheets and English/German-speaking care on site,

• Terms of payment:
  Short-term rentals up to 3 weeks: with the booking confirmation, a pre-payment of $ 500 is due, which will be used as the security deposit; the total of the rent is due 30 days before your arrival.
