Gulf Front Condo at the Riviera Club in Fort Myers Beach

The Riviera Club condo complex is impeccably maintained.  Drive into the large paver parking area that provides easy access to the complex.  Leave your hiking books at home, you won’t need them, you’re in paradise and parking is close to the entrance.  Pass by the fountains and take one of the two roomy elevators up to Riviera Club Unit 504. Begin your vacation in paradise in this two bedroom, two full bath, beachfront condo with fantastic views and sleeping accommodations for up to six persons.

As you enter the condo, a small breakfast nook will be to your right that leads to the tiles kitchen. There is a lot of prep space and all that you will need to prepare a wonderful meal in this fully  equipped kitchen. The pass through bar allows for beautiful views of the ocean through the expansive slider window that leads to a screened in balcony, complete with a small table and seating.  A gas grill BBQ and clubhouse are located pool and beachside for those afternoon or evening cookouts you may crave.

The open concept living room and dining room make socializing easy.  The glass dining table seats 4 with additional bar stools at the pass through bar.  The beautiful living room is comfortable for 6.  Enjoy your favorite TV program or log into the wifi system to catch up with the outside world.  That’s if you can pull yourself away from the captivating views of the Gulf and the daily happenings of beach life outside your lanai.  The soothing Floridian colors of green, cream and coral will remind you that you are on vacation!  A sleeper sofa in the living room allows for two additional guests sleeping.

The master bedroom is off the living room with gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico.  The suite is decorated with modern art featuring our lovely pink flamingos along with plush carpeting.  It is spacious with a king bed, plenty of dresser space, night stands for convenience and a TV.  The ensuite full bath features a large, mirrored closet, vanity and makeup space. Privacy is of the utmost importance in this master bath.  The full bath shower/tub and toilet are behind a closed door.

This condo features a guest suite and bath as well.  The guest bath is situated between the master and the guest room.  It’s perfect for visitors who are here for a short visit or a few days.  The guest room is also carpeted and has 2 twin beds, and a TV.  The large window provides plenty of light and a view of the lovely grounds and island.  Soothing colors will help your guests wind down from a fun day on the beach.

The condo has a private, in-condo, washer and dryer conveniently located behind a louver door between the kitchen and breakfast nook.

The views are breathtaking, the beach is white and pure; but don’t forget there is a pool, hot tub and shuffleboard courts to check off on everyone’s with list!

The Riviera Club is conveniently located to shops, CVS, dining, banking, and the Beach Movie theater. Travel a few minutes south and you will come upon Lovers key State Park.  Guided tours are available that will allow you to enjoy you beautiful wild birds and waterways.  Kick off your shoes, put on your flip flops; you’re in paradise at Riviera Club 504!

To the above rates add a $100 departure cleaning fee, $40 nonrefundable booking fee, $50 damage waiver fee, and 11% tax to the above rates.  Rates include all utilities.  Please note there is a two week minimum rental for all reservations.
