North End Pool Home Walk to Beach and Square in Fort Myers Beach

Looking for that prime location for your vacation get-a-way?  Look no further than 280 Ostego.  This fantastic pool home is located at the north end of the island, just a 5 minute walk from Times Square, and a 3 minute walk to the beach.  One of the greatest aspects to the location of this home is that you are close to all the action of the Pier, restaurants, nightlife and shopping, but in a quiet residential neighborhood where you can retreat to the peace and quiet that this home affords you.

Brand new furnishings and décor, await your arrival into this three bedroom, three bath home with a private, in-ground, electric heated pool.  Pulling into the driveway you’ll notice the well manicured yard and beautiful Estero Bay right across the street from the house. The front upper enclosed porch will be one of your favorite spots to enjoy breakfast and watching the boats in the Bay or just relax and enjoy the water views from the oversized elegant furnishings there.  Of course being so close to the water will provide you with those Bay breezes to help cool you during the day and night.

The layout of the home is an open concept living area.  The large, fully equipped kitchen, has a great island that allows you to cook and entertain all at the same time.  Watch TV in the living room on the comfortable furnishings, or connect to the wifi and catch up with family and friends.  There are two sleeper sofas in the living room for additional sleeping areas if needed, making the total
maximum occupancy at 10.

Just down the hall you will find two bedrooms.  Each has a queen size bed with in-room TV.  The master suite has its own private ensuite bath, where the guest bedroom utilizes a full bath in the adjoining hallway.  On the ground level of the home, poolside, you will find the third bedroom with a queen bed, full bathroom, and laundry room area.   

After a fun day at the beach, retreat back to the house for a dip in your private, in-ground electric heated pool.  Grill out on the gas grill and enjoy your dinner poolside bug free in the screened in lanai.

This home also comes equipped with 4 beach bikes for touring around the island!  The owner has tried to think of everything you could want or need to help make your vacation in paradise a special vacation retreat at their home.    For our guests with allergies, this home has been designated both smoke free and pet free.

To the above rates add a departure cleaning fee of $140, 11% tax, a $40 nonrefundable booking fee and a $50 damage waiver fee.
