This upstairs condo (very quiet)  located in St. Petersburg, Florida overlooks Boca Ciega Bay and is just steps away from an exclusive private sandy beach. The picturesque waterfront view, from the screened in Lanai, offers the ideal view of magnificent sunsets, the St. Petersburg Beach Strip, Don Cesar, and the Gulfport waterfront District. The home has been newly renovated (September 2012) and has been designed with compfort and style in mind. The one bedroom plus murphy bed boasts modern furniture, new decor, new flooring throughout, and a fresh and clean feel. Enjoy the two heated pools that feature WiFi or relax in our beach front hot tub, while watching the sunset over the Bay. Other amenities include racquet ball, two tennis courts, and shuffle board. We even have two tennis racquets and golf clubs for your use while on vacation!  The condo is equipped with a washer. Sorry no dryer. 2 laundry facilities are located in the gated community just steps away from the condo.

This condo is conveniently located right off of I 275 and US 19. It is 20 minutes from Tampa International Airport, 10 minutes from St. Petersburg beaches, and 10 minutes from Downtown St. Petersburg. Shopping is located minutes outside the Gate.

December-April: $2400/USD/Month ** We rent monthly in Peak season**

May-Aug: $1,800/USD/Month $700./USD/week

Sept- November: $2,000/USD/Month $700./USD/week

* If you are desiring a stay less than 30 nights during peak Season you will be placed on a waiting list as these dates tend to be booked rather quickly.

Rental fees

• Cleaning-$75/ stay - regardless of how long your stay
• Refundable Deposit is $250. Note, deposit must received to Reserve the unit.

*the Daily rental rate for peak season is $110 a day.*
