No expense has been spared on this luxurious 2 bedroom, 2 bath Maui
oceanfront penthouse. Everything is top of the line, you have
oceanviews from the master bedroom, living room, kitchen, hall and
lanai, and you are just steps to your private, soft sand beach. Your
mornings will start with an inviting view of your private beach,
from the king sized bed, in the master suite. Then, relaxing out on
the lanai, enjoy a cup of our Kona blended island coffee, while
looking out onto the beautiful beach and ocean with the island of
Molokai in the background.

Our 1500 square feet penthouse is furnished with 3 televisions with
cable, WiFi, stero with Ipod dock and 3 telephones.
Full gourmet kitchen, a Sub-Zero refrigerator with ice maker and
Corian counter tops. Top of the line furnishings and much Hawaiian
artwork, Koa staircase with glass, custom tile work throughout, and
large lanai. The master suite has a king sized bed
with oversized master bath, all granite and
marble with step up tub and shower, private toilet and lots of
closet space. The guest bedroom has a queen bed,  
beautiful dresser drawers and armour, phone and TV
with DVD player. The guest bath has a spacious shower, large mirrors
and lots of cabinets. Washer and dryer in unit.
The complex has a pool with jacuzzi, impeccably maintained
lawn/foliage area and beach, which requires a key to get in for
safety and privacy. Lots of parking and an elevator right to the
front of the penthouse.
You will find the penthouse to be one the finest vacation properties
on Maui.

Just about everything is nearby! Snorkeling/Diving, swimming,
surfing, hiking, rock climbing, biking, golf, tennis, fitness
center, fishing, sailing, windsurfing, parasailing, jet skiing. Lots

There are discounts on stays of 10 nights and over.

There are no other fees. (Parking, Cleaning, etc.)

Sad situation

I'll start by saying that the complex itself is a great place and that Larry the Property Manager is a wonderful guy and keeps the place in wonderful shape.
We arrived to find the previous visitors had failed to leave on time, not our rpoblem. The cleaning crew was late starting and we would have to wait until 3-4 hours after checkin time to get in. We left and wondered until they were ready. We got back to the news that the water was shut off and nobody seemed to know when it would be back on. Too bad for our first night in town plans off getting cleaned up after a day of travel to get there and then out for dinner at a nice place to celebrate being there. Sitting around later that night the door get's a knock, the previous renter is returning the things he had taken with him to use for the day ( 8-9:00 at night ). It took about 24 hours to get the water back on. I can't imagine any Hotel or any other place not doing something to make this right. The problem is that since that day the owners have refused to answer our calls or even call us back. I can't imagine this is the way they run their other business. I hear from other guests there this is not the first time there has been a problem and that is probably why so many pages were torn out of the guest book..

Owners response: Unfortunante circumstances of events, beyond our control, such as our previous guests refusing to checkout on time and a plumbing maintenance issue occurred and were dealt with promply and courteously. We called the incoming guests and let them know of the situation and what was being done about it. They hung up on us. Larry, the property manager, provided the guests with a vacant unit next door to use while the repairs were done. Everything was fixed and the place cleaned as fast as possible.
We tried calling the guests numerous times, yet to no avail. The reason, they were playing 4 guitars and singing out on the lanai late at night and disrupting other guests in the complex. Larry received several complaints and had to go to our unit and address this issue with the guests on a couple occasions.
We have owned our condo for 7 years and have never had such problems or difficulties with guests. We have several guests books and if any pages are missing it is because our guests use it as scratch paper. We take great pride in our condo and do as much as possible for our guests to enjoy their stay.
