It's been a couple months for me to compose this review mostly because I wanted the effect from the trip to settle and give an honest review.
I must say that when traveling with 4 women.. You are going to get 4 different opinions, So this being stated. I will give mixed reviews combined between all of us. As a result.. Do with it as you will.
Observation of the complex is excellent.. the people were very warm and friendly. You have to keep respect for the locals who live here year round. We had noticed that when newbies showed up.. They were a bit loud up until the wee hours in the morning.. Us included. Just an FYI..
Tom and his wife have been very attentive as best they could. We had one mishap with the lower shower but it got resolved in the time as can be expected due to that it IS an island and parts aren't readily available. One of the ladies complained that the couch didn't make out to a bed. But she made due. The layout was really nice and very comfortable.
The views from the balcony were fantastic in every way. We stayed 10 days and ws about right and we were very relaxed at the end of our stay. The resident turtles were fun to watch.
I had an accident just two weeks before this trip and was not able to enjoy the water as I was so much hoping to for the last year since booking the trip but I never let anything hamper my enjoyment. There is really so much to do and for every type of activity in the area. Whether you are a diver, Boarder, Shopper, Hiker and even pilot, The airport has rentals if you wanted to fly the area.

Sad situation

I'll start by saying that the complex itself is a great place and that Larry the Property Manager is a wonderful guy and keeps the place in wonderful shape.
We arrived to find the previous visitors had failed to leave on time, not our rpoblem. The cleaning crew was late starting and we would have to wait until 3-4 hours after checkin time to get in. We left and wondered until they were ready. We got back to the news that the water was shut off and nobody seemed to know when it would be back on. Too bad for our first night in town plans off getting cleaned up after a day of travel to get there and then out for dinner at a nice place to celebrate being there. Sitting around later that night the door get's a knock, the previous renter is returning the things he had taken with him to use for the day ( 8-9:00 at night ). It took about 24 hours to get the water back on. I can't imagine any Hotel or any other place not doing something to make this right. The problem is that since that day the owners have refused to answer our calls or even call us back. I can't imagine this is the way they run their other business. I hear from other guests there this is not the first time there has been a problem and that is probably why so many pages were torn out of the guest book..
