Sleeper sofa and futon located in lower living area. Fully equipped kitchen with granite. Large deck with pool outside lower living area, with steps leading down to hot tub. Screened in porch overlooking pool. Boat slip available. This home is a great place for a family vacation. Linens provided. Washer & dryer available. Home is smoke free.

Off Season rates ($250) apply Sept 15, 2012 through May 15, 2013. Summer Holiday weeks and the month of July rate is $425 per night, the remaining time frame rate is $375 per night. Three night minimum June & August, 4 night minimum July & holidays; departure cleaning fee is $175. Rates do not include taxes.
